Sign-in is by emailed magic link. Enter your email at gather.app/login, then tap the link in the email we send. The link works once and expires after about ten minutes.

If no email arrives, the most common reasons are: your inbox filed it under Promotions or Spam, your email isn’t on the invite list for any circle, or you typed a different email than the one your friend used. Ask your inviter to check the email on file and re-send the invite.

Circles are invite-only. To join one, ask the admin to send you an invite at your email address. When you sign in, a celebration card appears so you can accept it.

One person can be in multiple circles. Each circle is independent: members of one don’t see another.

On any plan, tap I’m in to RSVP and Not going to clear it. You can change your mind at any time. Tap the headcount picker to add a +1 or more.

Open your profile from the menu, then choose the circle you want to leave. Admins can remove you too; either way, you stop seeing the circle’s plans immediately. The plans you already RSVP’d to stay attributed to you for members who are still in.

To delete your account entirely, open your profile and choose Delete account. This removes your sign-in, profile, and personal data. Plans you created stay attributed to “Former member” so existing attendees keep their RSVPs.

For billing or account questions, reply to the receipt email from your most recent Gather Plus charge. For anything that doesn’t fit above, ask your circle’s admin to forward it on; we’ll respond as soon as we can.
